The Nutrition Services Dietary Aides are responsible for the serving of nutritious meals for customers, in compliance with JCAHO and state regulatory requirements for all age groups within the facility (pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric). With special consideration given to meet nutritional requirements for therapeutic and mechanically altered diets, as well as set up and clean up for meals. Must be able to make simple mathematical calculations and follow oral and written directions. Must be able to read, write and understand the English language. |
