Job Description

Primary responsibility will be providing excellent customer service to Reginas patients who have questions or concerns related to billing or payment of accounts. This position is the primary contact for patients walking into the business office. They are responsible for responding to patients in person and also answering phones, routing phone calls and taking patient payments.

Minimum Qualifications/REQUIRED:
High School diploma or GED
PC Proficient with excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Meets one of the following:
Prefer graduate of a formal training program in medical reception, an equivalent program, or a customer service program
Two years experience as a medical receptionist or as a customer service representative
Demonstrated ability to organize and work under pressure
Demonstrated ability to function with multiple priorities and interruptions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
