This position uses a Best Care Best Experience approach to perform routine food service tasks in the kitchen, cafeteria, catering, dining room, dish room and patient areas. This includes preparing, serving, distributing food and cleaning, sanitizing dishes, utensils and work area while promoting a safe environment and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines.
