A professional who:
Provides each resident with routine daily nursing care, including administering medications and performing treatments and procedures, and other desired services, in accordance with the resident's assessment, choices and care plan.
Is assigned to a primary household of 16 residents.
Monitors a TMA in a shared household, and the clinical care of residents for his/her shift.
Works closely with the Household Coordinator and RN Clinical Coordinator to manage the day-to-day functions of their household.
Is committed to resident centered care.
Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota. Must also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with residents and their families, physicians, peers, and other health care professionals, and be proficient in the use of electronic medical records systems.
Must be able to pass Background Study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Work Schedule Information:
This posting is to fill two part time (40 hours per pay period) evening shift positions. Prior experience is preferred.
