The Desktop Support Technician is a professional who:
Provides support to all elements of the technology within the company.
Installs, upgrades, and repairs desktop hardware, operating systems, networking and applications.
Installs and maintains printers, faxes MFP devices and other peripheral devices.
Installs and maintains data wiring systems.
Supervises and maintains system inventory for all elements of the technology system.
Works with and supports televideo, card access, camera security, nurse call, IP phone and paging systems
Works with phone systems and phone wiring to provide in house system support.
Works with phone system technical support staff to maintain in house phone system may perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
This position requires a two year technical degree or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Work Schedule: 80 Hours per pay period mainly Monday - Friday
