A professional who:
Provides each resident with routine daily nursing care, including administering medications and performing treatments and procedures, and other desired services, in accordance with the resident's assessment, choices and care plan.
Is assigned to a primary household of 15 residents.
Works closely with the RN Clinical Coordinator and the interdisciplinary team to manage the day-to-day functions.
Is committed to resident centered care.
Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota. Must also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with residents and their families, physicians, peers, and other health care professionals, and be proficient in the use of electronic medical records systems.
Must be able to pass Background Study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Work Schedule Information:
This posting is to fill one full time (72 hour per pay period) position, day and evening shifts. Prior experience is preferred.
