Job Description

Provides professional guest-center services for Sanford patients, families and visitors. This includes providing information, direction, and support for emotional and educational needs, serving as a patient/family advocate, and serving as a liaision between patients/family and Sanford associates and resources. Frequent walking and lifting.


Display Sanfords 5 core values at all times. Daily interact with patients, families and visitor by greeting, assistings patients in and out of cars and wheelchairs throughout the clinic campuses. Daily report safety concerns. Drive patients/visitors and outreach providers in Sanford van within the designated campus locations and local airport. Daily there is frequent walking and lifting. Maintain sanitary standards for department equipment.

Valid Drivers License. Basic Life Support Certification if not certified at hire, must attain within 3 months. Must have at least three years experience in a health care and/or service environment with demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service, and apply critical thinking skills and problem soving techniques. Must have a working knowledge of computer applications.
