Mayo Clinic Health System Fountain Centers is currently recruiting for Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor positions for our Outpatient Treatment Department to provide 12 step counseling services to individuals, groups, and families while monitoring patients in pursuit of treatment program goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in alcohol and drug studies or related field. Counselors must meet training, experience, and continuing education requirements necessary for the patient population for which services are provided. Counselors providing adolescent services and family counselors must meet training requirements or training will be provided. Must document two years of freedom from chemical abuse problems. Must be at least 21 years old. 1 to 3 years experience providing counseling services to patients preferred.
