Primary day-to-day responsibility for generating clinic cash flow by carrying out the policies and procedures as outlined in the clinic credit and collection policy.
The Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between his/her team and the Revenue Cycle Director
Responsible for all areas of hiring employees.
Plans, assigns, and directs work or employees; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Conducts performance appraisals;
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university;
Or 4-5 related experience and/or training;
Or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
