LGSW Social Workers work under the direct supervision by a LICSW to provide psychosocial and psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and referral, to patients and families at Regions Hospital or RHSC clinics. This position will work provide crisis intervention, counseling and psychotherapy as appropriate, work as part of the health care team to identify and progress a patient centered plan of care and discharge plans and to provide education to other health care professionals in the psychosocial aspects of patient care.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: MSW from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) or a similar accreditation body designated by the Minnesota Board of Social Work.

Experience: Social services or community based programs

Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Licensed Graduate Social Worker Licensure - MN Board of Social Work

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Healthcare acute care or clinic social work experience
