Performs a variety of duties in accordance with legal requirements and Essentia Health mission, policies, and procedures to ensure the hiring and selection of highly qualified candidates for Essentia Health positions. Responsibilities include: supporting the recruitment activities to ensure all processes are properly completed; coordinating new employee process to ensure all documents, employment records and related data are accurately completed; keeping information system current; running various reports and maintaining computerized recruitment activity. Also responsible for providing research, process improvement recommendations, and conducting special projects as required.
Associates degree, or 2 years of professional office experience.
