Job Description

The Recruiter leads talent acquisition initiatives to source candidates for a variety of positions across the hospital & clinics. The Recruiter will drive full cycle recruiting activity from strategy development and recruitment initiatives to efficient new hire onboarding.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruiting strategies.
Utilize a variety of methods to identify candidates including referrals, social media, job fairs and colleges.
Assess, screen and assist with the interview process to identify qualified candidates with hiring managers. Provide effective selection tools and training to ensure an effective and compliant selection process.
Check candidate references, ensures pre-employment conditions are met and extends offers.
Completes onboarding of new hires by preparing offer confirmation letters, compiling pre-employment requirements, setting up new hires in various HR systems, creating new hire badges and maintaining and preparing orientation paperwork.
Conducts orientation educating new hires on benefits, HR resources and policies.
Involved in HR Projects which may include compensation market analysis and EEO-1 reporting.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Prefer 2 years of recruiting experience in a healthcare organization
Ability to communicate with all levels of management, employees and applicants
Knowledge of recruitment and employment laws and practices
