Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the staffing office, scheduling of staffing office in addition scheduling for all nursing units, ensuring that time cards are prepared for manager approval, manages trade requests and monitor sick calls as needed. This position will provide leadership to the department to ensure that staff provides high quality work by mentoring staff through demonstration of techniques, coordination of learning experiences and provider direction to staff to appropriate resources. Researches and implements best practices in regards to workforce projections, staffing and scheduling.
Experience in Staff Scheduling within Healthcare is preferred.
Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, Nursing or Related Field
Certification as a Clinical Staffer and Scheduler required within 1yr of hire or transfer
